At Montreve, we are committed to delivering your order with care and efficiency. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Options & Timeframes
We ship worldwide. The following delivery estimates apply once your order has been dispatched:
Standard Shipping Estimated delivery: 7–15 business days
Express Shipping Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days
Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on your location, customs processing, and carrier delays. Montreve is not responsible for delays caused by customs or postal services.
Shipping Rates
Standard Shipping Free on all orders over $50 AUD. Orders under $50 AUD will incur a standard shipping fee calculated at checkout.
Express Shipping Free on all orders over $100 AUD. Orders under $100 AUD will incur an express shipping fee calculated at checkout.
International Shipping
We ship to most countries worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status through the carrier's website.
If you have not received your tracking information within 3 business days of your order being placed, please contact us at support@officialmontreve.com.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@officialmontreve.com and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf. Please allow up to 5 business days for us to resolve any shipping enquiries.
Montreve is not liable for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate before completing your purchase.
Incorrect Address
If you have entered an incorrect delivery address, please contact us immediately at support@officialmontreve.com. We will do our best to update your order before it is dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to redirect it.
