Shipping & Delivery
How long will my order take to arrive? We offer two shipping options, Standard (7–15 business days) and Express (5–10 business days). All orders are processed within 1–3 business days before dispatch.
How much does shipping cost? Standard shipping is free on orders over $50 AUD. Express shipping is free on orders over $100 AUD. Orders below these thresholds will have a shipping fee calculated at checkout.
Do you ship internationally? Yes. we ship worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes upon arrival, which are the responsibility of the customer.
How do I track my order? Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery through the carrier's website.

Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
How do I start a return? Email us at shopmontreve@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process.
When will I receive my refund? Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your returned item. The amount will be returned to your original payment method.
What if my item arrived damaged or incorrect? Please contact us immediately at shopmontreve@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will resolve the issue promptly at no cost to you.

Product Care & Warranty
Do your products come with a warranty? Yes. Every Montreve piece is covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.
How do I care for my eyewear? Clean your lenses with a soft microfibre cloth. Avoid leaving your eyewear in direct sunlight for extended periods or in extreme heat, as this may warp the frames. Store them in a protective case when not in use.
How do I care for my watch? Wipe your watch with a soft dry cloth after wear. Avoid prolonged contact with water beyond its rated resistance and keep it away from harsh chemicals, perfumes, and solvents.
How do I care for my jewellery? Store your jewellery in a dry place away from moisture and direct sunlight. Remove pieces before swimming, exercising, or applying products such as perfume or lotion to preserve the finish.
Orders & Payments
Can I change or cancel my order? If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us at shopmontreve@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request before the order is dispatched. Once shipped, we are unable to make changes.
What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Is my payment information secure? Yes. All transactions are processed through Shopify's secure payment system and are fully encrypted. We do not store your payment details.
